Our customers can return the purchased products in their original packaging without any signs of wear, dirt or physical damage within 10 business days of receipt, without any penalties and without invoking any reason, by announcing this return in advance, by telephone and in writing at our e-mail address, mentioning the order number, full name and address as well as the code of the products you want to return.
You can opt for receiving the counter value of the products or purchasing other products from the VIP TOUCH DESIGN Romania store.
Product return will be at the expense of the customer, using only the express delivery service. After receiving the parcel subject to return and following the fulfillment of all the return conditions, we will return the counter value of the order not later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return or replace it with another one as soon as the product has been returned.
